City Logistics donates a washing machine in recognition of World Cancer Day

City Logistics donates a washing machine in recognition of World Cancer Day (4 February)

The CANSA TLC Durban Lodge situated at the CANSA Durban Care Centre reached out to City Logistics for help with their washing machine. CANSA TLC does excellent work accommodating parents who have children with cancer, their siblings and if necessary children that are coming for short visits like blood tests and follow ups. City Logistics was part of the launch of CANSA TLC Durban Lodge in 2014 and we are proud of our partnership over the years. Marlin and team were ready to step in and a brand new washing machine was installed and ready to go.

Cara Noble National Relationship Manager for CANSA and Head of the CANSA TLC Children’s services was over the moon and said, ‘City Logistics has been one of our most loyal partners to CANSA KZN we are so grateful for this washing machine and for the ease it is going to bring parents as they stay far from home with us. Thank you for everything you have done and still do for us and hour commitment to the fight against cancer. ‘
